Onsite service is a visit to the store when issues are reported regarding incidents or POS and store maintenance services. An onsite service is required when issues are difficult to handle through a remote control such as Hardware incidents on POS, Printer, and Scanner, and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Changes) services.
