KP&P Privacy Policy
According to Privacy Act, KP&P ('http://www.kpnp.co.kr )does it utmost best to process only those personal data which are necessary to achieve the purposes listed under Purposes for processing and comply with our legal obligations.
Korea P&P reserves the right to modify, change or amend the Privacy Policy at our own discretion and from time to time. Such modification, change or amendment shall be communicated via the Website

1. Purposes for processing
① Your personal data are processed and strictly limited by Korea P&P as follows. Also, the purpose will be not amended without your prior consent.

- To provide you with targeted communications, promotions, offerings, services, products, and other advertisements of KP&P and selected partners.

- Purposes for personal data processing: intended for marketing and advertisement
- Types of personal data: e-mail address, telephone number, name, the company you work for, IP address, and using time of KP&P website
- Source of Data : KP&P relies on third party processors to process your personal data as well as the Website on our behalf,
- Right to Use : Your consent for processing personal data
- Period : Deleted without delay
- Legislation : Records on display/advertising : 6 months
3. Recipients
① KP&P does not send your personal data in an identifiable manner to any third party without your explicit permission to do so.
4. You have the right to submit a request to exercise one or more of the rights listed below.
① You have the right to request pertaining to your personal data.
- You have the right to request access to all personal data pertaining to you
- You have the right to amend your invalid personal data.
- You have the right to request that personal data pertaining to you be deleted
- You can withdraw your consent for processing your personal data.
② Under clause ①, KP&P will promptly embark if you have any complaint regarding the processing of your personal data and contact KP&P via the e-mail, fax, or a letter.
③ When you request that personal data pertaining to you be deleted, your personal data are no longer processed or provided to any third party until deletion is completed.
④ Under clause ①, an legal entity is able to be in place of you after you fill out Appendix 11, Privacy Act.
5. Fill out Personal Information
① KP&P processes personal information such as
A. Marketing and advertisement
- Basic information : e-mail, telephone number, name, the company you work for, IP address, and using time of KP&P website
6. Deletion: Your personal data will be deleted as soon as the purposes is achieved. Disposal process, period, and method are as follows.
A. Disposal process
- Users information is transferred to independent and separated DB after the purpose of use is achieved. (Separate documents for paper). And then, personal data is legitimately preserved and deleted. KP&P processes your personal data to comply with legal obligations.
- Your personal date will be deleted within 5 days before the termination date of personal data. Or, your data will be deleted within 5 days after the date when your personal data are not longer available for the purpose of personal data processing.
B. Method
- Electronic personal data will be technically deleted so that they are not able to be retrieved or recovered.
7. KP&P takes technical, physical and operating measures to secure personal data according to the Article 29 Data Protection Working Party.
A. Limit the access to authorized staffs and training
- Only authorized personnel is on limits to access to personal data.
B. Technical measures against data breach
- Security software is in use to prevent data breach and corruption. The authorized personnel enters areas to contain systems and networks which are physically and technically on watch as well as updated and inspected on a regular basis.
C. Limits to access to personal data
- Limits to access to DB systems to contain personal data. Authorization is also given, modified, and canceled according to security policy. Last but not least, an intrusion prevention system works to detect and prevent from threats.
D. Document security
Documents and auxiliary storage to contain personal information are locked in secure areas.

9. Privacy Policy Amendment
① When KP&P modifies, changes or amends the Privacy Policy at our own discretion, the changes to the Privacy Policy will be announced on our website 7 days before the changes to the Privacy Policy is applied.
